- Retrieve, inspect, and deliver guest laundry and dry cleaning
- Maintain written records of all dry cleaning and laundry
- Prepare, sort, and wash all linens, guest laundry, and dry cleaning
- Prepare and record guest bills and forward to Housekeeping Office Coordinator
- Assist with inventory of uniforms and linen
- Wash and iron guest laundry or hotel linen as needed
- Issue and take uniforms from hotel staff
Requirements
- Experience in laundry or housekeeping preferred
- Ability to handle guest laundry and dry cleaning with care
- Good organizational and record keeping skills
- Physical ability to lift and carry heavy loads

Job Overview
- Under the guidance of the Executive Housekeeper, ensure smooth and efficient running of Laundry and Uniform Issue areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Retrieve, inspect, and deliver all guest laundry and dry cleaning.
- Maintain written records of all dry cleaning and laundry.
- Prepare, sort, and wash all linens, guest laundry, and dry cleaning.
- Prepare and record all guest bills.
- Liaise with dry cleaning company on guest laundry items.
- Check accounts from contract laundry and input in finance tracking system.
- Polish and return guest shoes.
- Assist with inventory of uniforms and linen.
- Wash and iron guest laundry or hotel linen.
- Prepare, assign, and alter uniforms for new employees.
- Issue and take uniforms from hotel staff.
- Sort and fold towels.
Additional Duties
- Maintain clean work areas and report defective materials or equipment.
