Job Overview
- Under the general guidance of the Restaurant Manager, assist in ensuring friendly, efficient and effective service of food and beverages to all guests in a timely fashion in accordance with standards and individual guest requirements.
Responsibilities
- Set up and breakdown the bar.
- Wash and Polish all glassware.

- Understand the operational set up and principle of the Restaurant, lounge, and bar.
- Maintain knowledge of all Beverage menus within the hotel.

- Ensure good communication with Management.

- Complete all opening and closing procedures.
