Role Overview

The Supervisor Assets manages operational assets across delivery operations and store locations.

The role covers procurement, inventory tracking, distribution, and lifecycle management across last-mile operations.

The position requires strong ownership, execution focus, and the ability to deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Asset Procurement and Planning

  • Manage procurement of delivery and store-related assets according to operational requirements.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders for timely and cost-effective sourcing.
  • Forecast asset requirements based on demand and expansion plans.

Inventory Management

  • Track assets across warehouses and store locations in real time.
  • Implement inventory controls and audit mechanisms.
  • Reduce losses, discrepancies, and idle inventory through proactive monitoring.

Warehouse and Store Operations

  • Oversee asset handling across warehouses and store-level operations.
  • Ensure appropriate storage, allocation, and movement of assets.
  • Standardize asset issuance, returns, and replacement processes.

Distribution and Lifecycle Management

  • Manage asset distribution from central warehouses to stores and delivery associates.
  • Optimize first-mile and last-mile asset movement and utilization.
  • Monitor maintenance, repair, refurbishment, replacement, and end-of-life processes.

Process and Strategy

  • Develop scalable systems for asset tracking and management.
  • Identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Use data to inform decisions and optimize inventory levels.

What You’ll Need

  • 2–4 years of experience in asset management, inventory control, or warehouse operations.
  • Proven experience managing warehouse inventory and store-level assets.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement and distribution.
  • Experience managing first-mile and last-mile logistics is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; inventory management systems experience is preferred.
