Role Description
South Westman is seeking a full-time, on-site Landscape Engineer and Swimming Pool Engineer for its operations in Abu Dhabi.
The role involves overseeing the design, planning, and execution of landscape and swimming pool projects.
Responsibilities include creating detailed designs, managing the implementation of projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and coordinating with architects, consultants, and construction teams.
The candidate will also monitor project progress, manage budgets, and ensure the delivery of high-quality outcomes.
Qualifications
- Expertise in landscape architecture and swimming pool design, including knowledge of construction techniques and materials
- Proficiency in CAD software, 3D modeling tools, and design software for project planning and visualization
- Strong project management, budgeting, and planning skills to oversee and execute projects effectively
- Knowledge of local regulations, safety standards, and environmental considerations in construction and landscaping
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or a related field; professional certifications in landscaping or swimming pool design are a plus
- Previous experience in high-end landscape and swimming pool projects in the construction industry, ideally within the UAE
