The role maintains organizational knowledge and helps frontline case managers access accurate answers to complex issues.
The position supports documentation, data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, quality assurance, technology evaluation, and user training.
Core responsibilities
- Create, edit, organize, and update knowledge base articles, technical documentation, and related content.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities in knowledge management systems.
- Collaborate with training, quality, product development, and IT teams.
- Ensure knowledge base information is accurate, current, and customer-centric.
- Support evaluation and implementation of AI tools and other technologies.
- Assist users with knowledge base access and usage and train employees on knowledge management tools.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 1-2 years of customer service experience; automotive industry experience is preferred.
- Experience writing material, proofreading, and developing process documents and process flows.
- Strong computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team with patience, attention to detail, and multitasking efficiency.
- Passion for the automotive industry and a problem-solving orientation.
Compensation
- Base salary range is CAD 38,000-42,000 annually.
- Pay rate will not be below the applicable minimum wage.
Timing and work conditions
- This is an immediate vacancy for an individual who can start as soon as possible.
- The application deadline is September 25, 2026.
- The employee regularly operates a computer, keyboard, telephone or headset, and other office equipment; work is generally sedentary.
Work authorization
- The position may be performed in Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, or Saskatchewan.
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
