Role and Key Responsibilities
- · Handle emails and visitors efficiently. Day to Day Task function checks.
- · Maintain both digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval.
- · Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets using MS Office.
- · Act as a liaison between departments and Internal & external stakeholders.
- · Ensure the office is organized, all amenities are functioning, and equipment is in working order.
- · Maintain communication between employees and coordinate with suppliers. Mail approval/ BOQ etc.
- · Ensure the functions of various teams are coordinated to ensure collective productivity.
- · Provide support in various tasks around the office and handle grievances and requests.
- · Prepare budget/ Knowledge of EHS.
- · Maintain necessary records and documents the organization needs.
- · Asset & details records keeping with upkeep of premises.
- · Rounds for all locations.
- · Any Miscellaneous work to the RE need department with project work
Key Skills and knowledge
- · Degree with 4-7 years of experience in BPO or similar organization.
- · Managing client’s arrangement food, snacks etc. coordination with vendors, billings process, Mail coordination with vendors/LL., Audit experience
- · Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- · Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- · Ability to work in a team and manage site and electrical infrastructure
- · Understanding of safety standards and regulations
