- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on kitchen and laundry equipment (e.g., ovens, dishwashers, washing machines, dryers, steam presses)
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues promptly to minimize downtime
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and manufacturer guidelines during repairs
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and spare parts inventory
- Coordinate with the Engineering team for scheduled servicing and emergency repairs
- Respond quickly to guest and operational requests related to kitchen and laundry equipment
- Assist in energy saving initiatives and equipment optimization
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role in a five star hotel
- Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of safety procedures
- Ability to communicate in English
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment

Job Description
