- Carry out all maintenance work as per PPM job cards
- Maintain level of main gas tanks and perform routine inspections
- Install new equipment when necessary
- Maintain all kitchen, refrigeration and laundry equipment to ensure maximum efficiency
- Maintain walk in freezer temperature records as per Municipality requirement
- Keep kitchen mechanical rooms clean and in good order
- Respond to changes in function as dictated by the industry, company or hotel
Requirements
- Experience in maintenance of kitchen and laundry equipment
- Ability to install new equipment
- Knowledge of refrigeration systems
