Responsibilities
- Ensure the cleanliness of all dishware.
- Wash service ware, cookware, and utensils by hand and operate washing equipment safely and skillfully.
- Polish stainless steel, glass, and silverware.
- Clear spills promptly and keep kitchen equipment, oven vents, floors, walls, and cooking surfaces clean.
- Empty, wash, and return trash bins.
- Keep the wash area organized.
- Assist with special and deep-cleaning projects.
- Manage waste receptacles throughout the venue.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience is helpful.
- Advanced verbal and basic written English communication skills are required.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, busy environment.
- Must be available for a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Employment and Compensation
- The position is full-time and permanent.
- Pay is AED 1,500 to AED 2,000 per month.
