Fresh Graduate - Emirati National

INDEX Holding is looking for a UAE National Fresh Graduate to join our Engineering & Projects team.

This is a full-time opportunity for a recent graduate who is looking to start their career in a hands-on environment and gain exposure to projects, design, coordination and day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate will have a background in Interior Design, Project Design, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field, along with good communication and organisational skills.

• Support the Engineering & Projects team with ongoing projects and daily activities.
• Assist with project coordination, documentation and follow-ups.
• Support in preparing presentations, reports, layouts and project-related documents.
• Assist with design-related tasks and project requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders when required.
• Attend meetings and site visits as required.
• Maintain project trackers, records and documentation.
• Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure timelines are met.
• Provide general support to the Engineering & Projects team as required.
• Gain exposure to different stages of project planning, design and execution.

• UAE National with a valid Family Book.
• Fresh graduate or recently graduated from a recognised university.
• Degree in Interior Design, Project Design, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
• Comfortable working with different teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to travel for work and attend site visits when required.
• A valid UAE driving licence would be an advantage.
