Responsibilities
- Achieve delegate acquisition sales targets in volume and value.
- Engage wider audiences for communities and inspire them to join meetings.
- Collaborate with local and regional societies and media partners to expand event reach and visibility.
- Process event registration data and report collected or updated data to project leads for verification and progress tracking.
- Maintain weekly reports for the team and client on delegate sales progress.
- Delegate calling tasks to telecallers.
- Maintain and update event social media platforms.
- Post weekly updates, announcements, flyers, promotions, and program highlights across platforms.
- Ensure onsite delegate email and SMS reminder timelines are followed for all events.
Employment and Schedule
- The role is full-time.
- The work location is in person.
Requirements
- Two years of sales experience is preferred.
