Role Overview
Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of hotel kitchen and laundry facilities to support smooth operations and hygiene standards.
Equipment Operations
- Operate, clean, and maintain dishwashers, washing machines, dryers, cooking appliances, and related equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections and report equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs.
Cleaning and Organization
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing tasks in kitchen and laundry areas according to established procedures and schedules.
- Assist with the proper storage and organization of kitchen utensils, linens, and other supplies.
Inventory and Records
- Monitor cleaning-supply inventory and report shortages to the appropriate supervisor.
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, equipment maintenance, and inventory.
Working Requirements
- Collaborate with kitchen and housekeeping staff to support efficient workflow and timely task completion.
- Follow all applicable health, safety, and hygiene regulations and guidelines.
- Assist in training new team members on equipment operation and cleaning procedures.
