About the Role
Accor is seeking a Kids Club Team Leader to oversee daily operations, create engaging activities, and ensure a safe, fun environment for children at a 4-5 star hotel. The role requires experience in a similar position and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities
- Assist the smooth running of the Kids Club on a day to day basis to achieve the highest possible levels of guest satisfaction.
- Create new, unique and interesting kids activities that draw upon the best cultural, activities or other offerings of the area.
- Lead the implementation of all health and safety codes in the kids activities of the hotel.
- Supervise activities of all assigned children in the Kid’s Club area and ensures child remains in designated area.
- Provide child care to children including paging parent/guardian if necessary.
- Participate and entertain children with games or other approved activities.
- Follow all Kid’s Club policies and procedures.
- Report any child health concerns to Recreation Manager.
- Responsible for general cleaning duties in Kids Club including disinfecting toys.
- Ensure parent/guardian has signed Kid’s Club Agreement/Information Form.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

- Take the lead of the Rixos Children program.
- Provides a safe, fun and interactive environment to children using the Kid’s Club.
- Conducts all activities in a positive and professional manner.
- Supervise activities of all assigned children in the Kid’s Club area and ensures child remains in designated area.
- Provide child care to children including paging parent/guardian if necessary to assist with discipline issues and attending to personal needs.
- Participate and entertain children with games or other approved activities.
- Follows all Kid’s Club policies and procedures.
- Report any child health concerns to Recreation Manager so a Health Alert may be posted if required.
- Responsible for general cleaning duties in Kids Club including disinfecting toys.

- Has experience in the same role in a 4 5 star hotel.
