The Kids Club Attendant is responsible for creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children while delivering service in line with luxury hospitality standards.
The role involves supervising children, organizing interactive activities, and ensuring all safety, hygiene, and child-care procedures are consistently followed.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate games, arts and crafts, educational, and recreational activities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming Kids Club environment.
- Welcome children and parents in a warm and professional manner and provide information about activities and schedules.
- Follow hotel policies, child safeguarding guidelines, and health and safety regulations.
- Interact with children in a caring, patient, and professional manner.
- Support themed events, special activities, and celebrations organized by the Kids Club.
- Report incidents, concerns, or maintenance issues to the relevant supervisor.
- Work closely with the Kids Club team and coordinate with other hotel departments when required.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 3–4 years of experience as a Kids Club Attendant in luxury five-star hotels or resorts.
- Previous experience within the GCC hospitality market is required.
- CPR and AED certification is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, energetic, and child-focused personality.
- Knowledge of child safety, hygiene, and basic first aid is an advantage.

- Diploma (Preferred)
Language
- English (Preferred)
Experience
- Kids Club attendant in hospitality: 3 years (Preferred)
