Job Purpose

To lead and manage modern trade sales operations, build strong relationships with key accounts, and drive business growth by achieving sales targets and executing strategic plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with key modern trade customers across the region
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Plan and execute promotions, product launches, and in-store activities
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor performance and identify opportunities
  • Lead, guide, and train the sales team to improve performance and skills
  • Ensure timely collections and adherence to company credit policies
  • Monitor pricing, product visibility, and in-market execution
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and performance reviews
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on business strategies and plans

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG, preferably in modern trade
  • Strong understanding of sales, trade marketing, and key account management
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge is a plus
  • English required; Arabic preferred
