Responsibilities
- **Sales Performance:**
- Meet and exceed established sales targets by identifying and qualifying leads to create new sales opportunities.
- **Portfolio Growth:**
- Manage a large portfolio of customers, successfully creating profitable business from both new and existing accounts.
- **Strategic Relationship Management:**
- Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers, acting as a "trusted advisor" in the delivery of optimum marketing solutions.
- **Customer Insight:**
- Ensure perfect customer relationship management through a deep understanding of customer marketing needs, requirements, and objectives.
- **Consultative Proposal Development:**
- Prepare detailed promotion plans, adapted recommendations based on specific brand briefs.
- **Financial Governance:**
- Secure timely payment collection for all executed campaigns and services.
- **Service Excellence:**
- Continuously seek ways to raise levels of customer service by implementing feedback loops and driving service improvements.
- **Reporting:**
- Maintain transparent communication and provide regular performance updates to the Head of Sales.
Qualifications
- **Experience:**
- 5-7 years of sales experience, ideally within a Marketing Agency, AdTech, or FMCG environment.
- **Knowledge:**
- Strong understanding of the FMCG landscape in the KSA and how brand managers allocate Marketing and trade marketing budgets.
- **Technical:**
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems.
- **Communication:**
- Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills; ability to simplify complex digital solutions for traditional marketing teams.
- **Language:**
- Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
- **Network:**
- An existing network of contacts within the marketing departments of major FMCG companies and Key KSA Retailer is highly preferred.
