Role Overview

  • Our client is looking for a Key Account Manager to support its Beauty Modern Trade business in KSA.
  • This is a customer facing commercial role focused on driving performance across assigned modern trade customers.
  • The role involves ensuring strong execution of customer business plans, promotional activity, trade spend, forecasting, and store level delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive performance across assigned modern trade customers, ensuring strong execution of customer business plans.
  • Manage promotional activity, trade spend, forecasting, and store level delivery.
  • Work closely with customers, field sales, category teams, operations, and key account stakeholders to close performance gaps.
  • Identify growth opportunities and ensure plans are executed with discipline and impact.
  • Support the delivery of customer business plans, improving Perfect Store execution.
  • Manage claims and trade spend processes.
  • Contribute to stronger forecasting and S&OP alignment.

Candidate Criteria

  • Proven experience in customer facing management, with a strong track record in selling, influencing, and negotiation.
  • Strong FMCG experience, ideally in Personal Care, Beauty, and Home Care categories.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders, priorities, and cross functional business teams.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to use data and insights to identify performance gaps and growth opportunities.
  • Experience in eCommerce or marketing would be advantageous.
