Role Overview

  • Supporting the CEO of a Saudi based organisation, the Executive Assistant will manage day to day priorities to maximise the CEO's time and efficiency.
  • The role requires strong organisation, discretion, and the ability to coordinate across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO's diary, calendar, and scheduling.
  • Coordinate all travel arrangements.
  • Act as a central point of coordination across company operations.
  • Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues to save the CEO time.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English (essential).
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Manager.
  • Highly presentable and professional.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking ability.
