Job Purpose

  • Manage key customers, build and maintain good relationship with the most important customers and ensuring their needs and requirement are met in a timely manner and quality standards as per company policies and procedures to achieve the plan and targets in Project Sales Department.

Key Accountability Areas

  • Ensure to provide answers and solutions to all needed requirements and queries of key customers to maintain the good business relationship and customer satisfaction.
  • Actively reach out to potential clients and promote the company’s new product.
  • Provide some product suggestions and alternatives to customers if they are in doubt during product selection.
  • Upload relevant data on C4C (Customer Relationship Management system).
  • Submit samples and any necessary documents to clients and follow for approval.
  • Suggest new ideas and strategies to increase sales.
  • Be updated of competitor’s move in the market and inform the Project Sales department.
  • Provide progress reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Prepare and submit quotations to clients, then diligently follow up until approved.
  • Attend team meetings to be informed and aligned.
  • Monitor and follow up on collections with clients and coordinate accounts for bank posting.

Academic Qualification & Work Experience

  • Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
  • 4 to 6 Years of work experience
