As we continue to expand in Qatar, we're building our Grocery & Non Food business and are looking for a Key Account Manager (Grocery) to help drive commercial growth, buil

What You'll Do

  • Lead the acquisition, onboarding, and growth of strategic grocery and retail partners.
  • Build strong relationships with key accounts and develop joint business plans that drive sustainable growth.
  • Execute co marketing campaigns, merchandising initiatives, and promotional programs to increase sales and platform visibility.
  • Identify opportunities to grow revenue, improve assortment, and increase purchase frequency.
  • Advise partners on catalogue optimization, pricing, and logistics solutions to improve operational performance.
  • Monitor account performance and recommend data driven improvements.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in Q Commerce, e commerce, FMCG, retail, or account management.
  • Experience managing strategic retailer or brand partnerships.
  • Proven success delivering revenue growth, onboarding new partners, and achieving commercial targets.
  • Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into business opportunities.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Experience launching or growing grocery or non food categories on a delivery or e commerce platform is highly preferred.
