- Develop and execute strategic plans to increase revenue through upselling, cross selling, and identifying new opportunities
- Monitor and analyze account performance metrics and develop actionable insights
- Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns and pricing strategies
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of products and services
- Manage contract renewals and negotiations with key accounts
- Perform payment reconciliations
- Stay updated on eCommerce trends and competitive analysis
- Provide regular performance reports and sales forecasts
- Ensure key accounts adhere to brand guidelines and compliance regulations

- Minimum 5 7 years of experience in account management, sales, or client services
- Experience in eCommerce or digital retail sector

- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key eCommerce clients.
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategic plans to increase revenue through upselling, cross selling, and identifying new opportunities.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and analyze account performance metrics and develop actionable insights.
- Campaign Management: Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns and pricing strategies.
- Product & Service Delivery: Ensure timely and successful delivery of products and services.
- Contract Negotiation & Renewals: Manage contract renewals and negotiations.
- Payment Reconciliations: Perform payment reconciliations to ensure timely payments.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on eCommerce trends and competitive analysis.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Provide regular performance reports and sales forecasts.
- Compliance & Brand Standards: Ensure key accounts adhere to brand guidelines and compliance regulations.
Desired Experience
- Minimum 5 7 years of experience in account management, sales, or client services.
- Preferably within the eCommerce or digital retail sector.
