- We are seeking a highly motivated and commercially driven B2B Key Account Manager to join Al-Futtaim Electric Mobility.
- This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic relationships with corporate and government fleet customers across the UAE.
- The successful candidate will drive fleet sales growth by delivering tailored electric mobility solutions, building long-term partnerships, and promoting Al-Futtaim Electric Mobility's innovative product and charging ecosystem.
- This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in accelerating EV adoption within the corporate and government sectors.
- **What you will do:**
- Achieve quarterly and annual fleet sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across corporate and government sectors.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow fleet sales and market share.
- Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Present tailored electric mobility solutions, including vehicles, charging infrastructure, and related services.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts.
- Develop annual purchase plans and long-term partnerships with fleet customers.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery, onboarding, and customer support.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities within the EV market.
- Maintain accurate customer records, pipeline management, and reporting through company systems.
- Prepare sales forecasts, account plans, fleet performance reports, and business reviews.
- Ensure accounts receivable are managed in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
- Required skills to be successful:
- Strong B2B sales and key account management capabilities.
- Proven consultative selling and business development skills.
- Ability to build relationships with senior decision-makers and procurement teams.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and influencing abilities.
- Knowledge of fleet management and corporate mobility solutions.
- Understanding of electric vehicles, charging infrastructure, and sustainable mobility trends.
- Strong pipeline management and forecasting capabilities.
- Ability to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities.
- Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- About the team:
- You will join Al-Futtaim Electric Mobility, a fast-growing business focused on shaping the future of sustainable transportation across the UAE and the wider region.
- The team works closely with leading EV brands, government entities, and corporate customers to deliver innovative mobility solutions.
- You will collaborate with Sales, Aftersales, Operations, Finance, Charging Infrastructure, and Customer Experience teams to drive business growth and customer success.
- What equips you for the role:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Automotive B2B (Fleet) sales, Key Account Management, or Corporate Sales.
- Proven experience selling to corporate and government organizations across the UAE.
- Strong existing network of fleet customers and key decision-makers within the UAE market.
- Experience developing business opportunities across multiple industries and sectors.
- Understanding of electric vehicles, charging solutions, and new energy technologies.
- Knowledge of fleet operations, vehicle lifecycle management, and mobility solutions.
- Experience using a consultative sales approach and managing complex sales cycles.
- Exposure to SaaS, technology, or subscription-based solutions would be advantageous.
- Good understanding of automotive aftersales services and maintenance programs for fleet customers.
- Fluent English communication skills; Arabic would be an advantage.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel and PowerPoint.
