Key Account Manager

Based in Malaga, or Perth CBD, WA, the Key Account Manager is responsible for retaining and growing a portfolio of mid-market customers by delivering high-quality account management, strengthening contract value and expanding the use of Cleanaway services. You will directly influence customer retention, profitable growth and long-term customer partnerships.

Develop strategic customer relationships and identify share of wallet opportunities across the Cleanaway service offering.

Grow portfolio value through contract optimisation, pricing discipline and customer retention activities.

Maintain an active sales pipeline and contribute competitor, market and tender intelligence.

Manage CRM, contract and reporting requirements to support commercial decision making.

Partner with operational, finance and customer service teams to deliver a strong customer experience.

You are an experienced B2B account management professional with strong commercial judgement, stakeholder management capability and a track record of growing existing customer portfolios.

Demonstrated experience in a commercial or industrial B2B Key Account Management role.

Strong stakeholder management and customer service capability in a complex environment.

Proven negotiation, presentation and tender response experience.

Commercial acumen with experience growing revenue within existing customer portfolios.

Current driver’s licence.

Tertiary qualification in Business or a related discipline is desirable.

Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office applications.
