Key Account Manager responsible for managing strategic clients, growing existing accounts, and increasing sales revenue.
The role coordinates with multiple departments to deliver services and expand customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Manage key client portfolios and build long-term relationships.
- Develop accounts, increase sales volume, and identify new opportunities.
- Understand client needs and provide suitable products or services.
- Prepare account plans, pricing proposals, and commercial offers.
- Monitor sales cycles, negotiate terms, and track contracts and orders.
- Address client satisfaction issues and complaints with specialized teams.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Monitor sales, revenue, profitability, and account KPIs.
- Prepare reports and maintain client, opportunity, and commercial databases.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, operations, finance, and collections teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- At least four years of experience in account management, sales, or business development.
- Proven experience managing key clients and accounts.
- Fluency in English.
Required Skills
- Experience with negotiation, pricing proposals, commercial offers, sales practices, and client relationship management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, relationship-building, and sales-analysis skills.
- Experience with CRM systems is preferred.
