This role sits within the Global Customer Documentation team, supporting the Video Security & Access Control division of Motorola Solutions. You will help develop, refine, and deliver the clear, accessible information our customers need to successfully deploy and operate our cloud-based video, intrusion, and physical security platforms.

This position involves hands-on technical writing, high-level documentation planning, and prioritization across a growing portfolio of products.

In this role, you will make a defining contribution by:

Writing High-Quality Content: Creating customer-focused technical documentation with clarity, creativity, and precision.

User-Centric Information Design: Designing attractive, easy-to-navigate user guides and help centers to assist our end users and administrators.

Quality & Consistency: Peer-reviewing existing and new documentation to maintain top quality and ensure a consistent look, feel, and tone across Motorola Solutions products.
