Junior Technical Analyst (Co-op Student)

Education: Currently enrolled in a diploma or degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Must be eligible to participate in a recognized co-op or internship program.

Experience: Solid working knowledge of Windows operating systems and computer hardware, with the ability to troubleshoot common issues independently. Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and SharePoint), with the ability to troubleshoot common user issues. Working knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, VPN, and DNS. Knowledge with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and endpoint management tools. Familiarity with IT ticketing systems (e.g., Jira Service Management).
