Join Flair’s Flight Operations team as a Crew Scheduler, where organization, quick decision-making, and attention to detail are key to ensuring safe and efficient flight operations. Reporting to the Manager, Crew Scheduling, you will be responsible for coordinating pilot and cabin crew schedules, maintaining compliance with duty regulations, and responding to real-time operational changes. In this role, you'll play a vital part in keeping flights fully staffed and on time while supporting a 24/7 operation. This position requires flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
This position is based on-site at our Toronto, ON office.
As a Crew Scheduler, you will:
Continuously audit, adjust, and verify crew schedules to ensure legal compliance across all planned flights
Ensure crew duty hours and days worked remain within the limits set by Transport Canada’s Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs) and Fatigue Risk Management System (FRMS) principles
Schedule and monitor all flight crews in accordance with CARs, the Company Operations Manual (COM), FRMS guidelines, and collective agreements for Pilots and Cabin Crew
Apply sound decision-making practices to maximize crew utilization, productivity, and operational transparency
