- Follow programme plans and coaching guidelines

- Ensure a safe and positive learning environment
- Set up and store equipment before and after sessions
- Communicate professionally with swimmers, parents, schools, and colleagues
- Assist with swim assessments, events, and programme activities
- Adhere to all safeguarding, health and safety, and company policies
Requirements
- Swim coaching or swimming teaching certification
- Lifeguard and/or First Aid certification
- Previous experience within Learn to Swim or competitive swimming programmes
- Experience working in schools, swim clubs, or aquatic centers

Role Overview
- We are seeking enthusiastic, dedicated, and passionate Junior Swim Coaches to join our growing coaching team.
- The successful candidates will play a key role in delivering high quality swimming instruction, promoting water safety, and supporting swimmer development across our school and club programs.
Working Hours
- School Programme: Typically 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
- Club Programme: Typically 2:30 PM – 8:30 PM, weekday afternoon and evening sessions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, engaging, and effective swimming lessons.
- Follow programme plans and coaching guidelines.
- Support swimmers in developing confidence, technique, and water safety skills.
- Monitor swimmer progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate attendance and lesson records.
- Ensure a safe and positive learning environment at all times.
- Set up and store equipment before and after sessions.
- Communicate professionally with swimmers, parents, schools, and colleagues.
