Junior Site Quantity Surveyor
- to join our team in Saudi Arabia.

- What are my responsibilities?
- Assist in taking measurements from site works, verify against drawings and specifications, validate installed quantities against BOQ and progress reports, and maintain accurate measurement records and site documentation, including reconciliation of subcontractor claimed quantities with actual site progress
- Assist in monitoring site progress against budget and cost plan, support preparation of cost-to-complete estimates, identify potential cost overruns or savings, and track productivity and resource utilization
- Monitor material deliveries, usage, and balances on site, maintain accurate inventory records, reconcile material wastage and consumption, and support commercial tracking of materials linked to subcontract scope
- Maintain accurate site records and daily diaries, record site activities, progress, key events, and constraints (access restrictions, interface issues, delays, disruptions), ensure proper recording of site instructions, manpower, equipment, and operational impacts, and support preparation of contemporaneous records for contractual claims and reporting
- Identify, record, measure, and quantify site variations and changes in scope, assist in preparation of supporting documentation for variation claims, and maintain variation logs and records
- Work closely with site engineers, supervisors, and planners, participate in site walks to verify progress and completed works, support coordination between site execution and commercial reporting, and attend site meetings as required
- Maintain accurate site measurement sheets and progress records, assist in preparation of monthly commercial and progress reports, and ensure proper filing of all site commercial documents
- What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical specifications
- Basic understanding of construction methods and site operations
- Strong numerical, analytical, and measurement skills
