Role Overview
- Fresha is the AI powered operating system for the beauty, wellness and self care industry.
- We are looking for an exceptional Account Manager to join our global business.
- Reporting to the Account Manager Team Lead, you will build relationships and drive monetisation of the Fresha platform.
- This role requires working from the office five days per week.
What you will be doing
- Accountable for meeting KPIs on monetisation, retention, and revenue growth by proactively engaging with partners.
- Effectively analyse reports and execute plans to upsell and increase monetised revenue from existing accounts.
- Ensure strong Partner Experience by building meaningful relationships through online video meetings.
- Administer a consistent contact strategy across your Portfolio to keep Partners engaged and reduce churn.
What we are looking for
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Demonstrable experience in effectively managing and driving commercial growth in large account bases, ideally in SaaS.
- 1 2 years experience as an SDR and 1 2 years experience as a revenue generating account manager.
- Commercially motivated with ability to adapt and achieve targets.
- Self starter and proactive approach.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced and changing environment.
- Experience selling into SMB.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
