Role Overview

  • Fresha is looking for an exceptional Account Manager to join the global business.
  • Reporting to the Account Manager Team Lead, you will build relationships and drive monetisation of the Fresha platform.
  • This role is based in the office five days per week in Riyadh.

What you will be doing

  • Accountable for meeting KPIs on monetisation, retention, and revenue growth by proactively engaging with partners.
  • Effectively analyse reports and execute plans to upsell and increase monetised revenue from existing accounts.
  • Ensure strong Partner Experience by building meaningful relationships via online video meetings.
  • Administer a consistent contact strategy across your portfolio to keep partners engaged and reduce churn.

What we are looking for

  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • 1 2 years experience as an SDR and 1 2 years experience as a revenue generating account manager.
  • Demonstrable experience in effectively managing and driving commercial growth in large account bases, ideally in SaaS.
  • Commercially motivated with ability to adapt and achieve targets.
  • Self starter and proactive approach.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Experience selling into SMB is preferred.
