- Demonstrable experience in managing and driving commercial growth in large account bases, ideally in SaaS
- Commercially motivated with ability to adapt and achieve targets
- Self starter with proactive approach
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Experience selling into SMB

Role Overview
- Fresha is looking for an exceptional Account Manager to join the global business.
- Reporting to the Account Manager Team Lead, you will build relationships and drive monetisation of the Fresha platform.
- This role is based in the office five days per week in Riyadh.
What you will be doing
- Accountable for meeting KPIs on monetisation, retention, and revenue growth by proactively engaging with partners.
- Effectively analyse reports and execute plans to upsell and increase monetised revenue from existing accounts.
- Ensure strong Partner Experience by building meaningful relationships via online video meetings.
- Administer a consistent contact strategy across your portfolio to keep partners engaged and reduce churn.
What we are looking for
