Responsibilities
- Manage day to day CMS migration activities, including tracking actions, coordinating dependencies, and supporting execution against agreed timelines
- Independently drive assigned migration tasks, prepare working materials, support issue resolution, and follow up with stakeholders
- Support product and operational setup for regional expansion across Oman, KSA, and Egypt
- Provide ongoing product based and BAU support across the Commercial Card portfolio
- Contribute to 2026 priority activities including NI Core migration, co brand support, and expansion
- Assist with tracking, reporting, and analysis of delivery activities
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in payments, product support, operations, or migration related work
- Strong understanding of commercial card product nuances and operational implications of product changes
- Ability to independently drive migration tasks and follow through on execution milestones
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Data and analytics capability is a strong advantage
- Exposure to CMS, card platforms, or core processing environments is preferred
- Comfortable working in an execution focused support role within a regional delivery team
- Able to manage multiple workstreams across migration, product support, and BAU activities
- Experience supporting cross market initiatives is an advantage

Job Overview
