• What are my responsibilities?
• Support procurement of goods and services in line with project needs and Siemens procedures
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams regarding orders, deliveries, and documentation
• Assist with logistics activities, including customs clearance, local transport, and material tracking in Saudi Arabia
• Maintain procurement records, RFQs, comparisons, and follow-up actions
• Support compliance with local regulations and project requirements
• What do I need to qualify for this job?
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
• Familiar with Saudi Arabian logistics and procurement procedures, including customs and local vendors
• Basic understanding of import/export and supply chain processes
• Willingness to learn and develop
