Role Overview
Support the PLM Manager, configuration management team and PLM team with daily coordination and operational activities.
The role focuses on PLM process documentation, testing, defect tracking, product data and business coordination.
PLM and Process Support
- Prepare process flows, working notes, SOPs and user-level documentation.
- Document configuration management, change management, release management and PLM process steps.
- Maintain product data, part, document, BOM, change and release-related trackers.
Testing and Coordination
- Support SIT and UAT activities and prepare test scenarios, cases, data and result trackers.
- Execute basic functional tests, record results, support post-deployment smoke testing and track defects and open actions.
- Coordinate with users and internal teams to collect inputs, clarifications and feedback.
- Prepare Excel trackers, reports, meeting notes, presentations and internal communications.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or a related field is required.
- 0–1 years of PLM software support experience is required.
- 0–1 years of Aras Innovator production, upgrade or L2/L3 support experience is required.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, communication and collaboration are required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship or academic project experience is preferred.
- Exposure to PLM, ERP, SAP or enterprise applications is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of product structures, change processes, SIT, UAT, functional testing, SAP MM or reporting is preferred.
- Familiarity with Visio, MS Project or another process-mapping tool is preferred.

The role may include other PLM, configuration management or business coordination activities assigned by the team.
