Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to lawyers and legal teams
- Prepare, format, amend, proofread, and finalize legal documents, correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Manage diaries, coordinate meetings, and arrange conference calls across multiple time zones
- Handle travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, visa requirements, and expense claims
- Maintain and organize electronic and physical filing systems in accordance with firm policies
- Assist with document production, document execution processes, and client onboarding procedures
- Liaise professionally with clients, external counsel, courts, and service providers
- Support billing and time entry processes, including the preparation of invoices and expense reports
- Monitor deadlines and assist with workflow management to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Perform general administrative duties and provide additional support as required
Requirements
- 1 3 years of experience in a legal support role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
