Overview
1.
Supporting end-to-end recruitment processes, including interview coordination and candidate management
2.
Managing onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and professional employee experience
3.
Preparing and issuing employment documentation, including contracts, letters, and HR correspondence
4.
Coordinating UAE visa processing, medicals, Emirates ID, and onboarding formalities
5.
Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring timely updates within HR systems (HRIS)
6.
Acting as a first point of contact for HR-related queries, providing guidance on policies and procedures
7.
Supporting HR reporting, data analysis, and audit requirements
8.
Assisting with performance management cycles, training coordination, and employee engagement initiatives
9.
Ensuring full compliance with UAE labour law and internal firm policies
