Job Description
- Conduct legal research and analysis, providing support in drafting and reviewing legal opinions, contracts, and agreements.
- Advise on legal matters, identify risks, and support the Legal Affairs Manager
- Assist in handling disputes, claims, and legal proceedings, including settlement negotiations and representation in hearings when required.
- Provide legal guidance on corporate governance and support overall legal operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent, with a minimum of 3 years’ UAE experience
- Strong analytical, research, and report-writing skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
