About the Role
Siemens Smart Infrastructure is seeking an ambitious Emirati professional for a Junior Business Developer role in Dubai. You will support B2B sales, digital marketing, and channel development within the low-voltage electrical products business.

Responsibilities
- Build foundational market knowledge of Siemens' Low Voltage and Control Products portfolio.
- Gather and report on market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
- Support relationship building with end customers, contractors, consultants, panel builders, and distributors.
- Assist in the rollout of new products, solutions, and business models.
- Contribute to the development of a regional digital sales business plan.
- Coordinate with distributors on web shop development and data quality.
- Support the visibility of Siemens products on relevant e commerce platforms.
- Help design and execute digital marketing campaigns and customer journeys.
- Assist in strategies to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Emirati nationality (as per job title and description).
- Relevant exposure in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Strong analytical thinking, curiosity, and willingness to learn fast.
- Confident communicator, comfortable engaging both technical and business audiences.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
