Role Overview
Join CIMA+'s Architectural team within the Buildings Group in the Mississauga office.
Work in a hybrid model on municipal, provincial, and federal transit projects and other building projects.
Develop architectural design and documentation skills in a collaborative, team-based environment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project teams on conceptual designs, presentations, design development, and construction documents.
- Integrate input from traffic engineering, transportation safety, geotechnical engineering, and other disciplines.
- Prepare presentation materials and renderings for client and public consultations.
- Assist with design development and reviews for ongoing projects.
- Participate in internal and external professional development opportunities.
Qualifications
- Be a recent graduate or have at least one year of relevant experience in architectural drafting and design-related projects.
- Have experience with architectural design and drafting software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Be able to work independently and in a team-oriented environment with a focus on quality and client satisfaction.
