About the Role

- Assist in day to day accounting activities and financial transactions
- Prepare and maintain invoices, payment vouchers, and journal entries
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Reconcile bank statements and financial records
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and reconciliations
- Support month end closing activities
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding invoices, payments, and documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1–3 years of accounting experience
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems/ERP software
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Good analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day to day accounting activities and financial transactions

- Verify financial data accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate accounting records and audit ready documentation
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding invoices, payments, and documentation
- Support VAT related documentation and finance operations where required
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1–3 years of accounting experience preferred
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems/ERP software
- Good analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory
Preferred Profile
- Experience working with ERP/accounting systems preferred
- Immediate or short notice candidates preferred
Important Notes
- Arabic speaking is mandatory for this role
- Role may require coordination with Arabic speaking stakeholders and clients
- Candidates must be detail oriented and organized
