Employment and compensation
- The role is full-time.
- Salary is AED 3,500 to AED 4,000 per month.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare smoothies, juices, and functional drinks to recipe and specification.
- Deliver fast, consistent, and visually appealing drinks.
- Own daily bar preparation, mise en place, stock, and cleanliness.
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards.
- Train and support junior baristas.
- Monitor stock, wastage, and portion control.
- Assist with opening and closing the beverage bar.
- Maintain equipment and report issues promptly.
- Support drink trials and seasonal menu development.
- Create a positive and energetic guest experience.
Candidate qualifications
- Previous experience in a juice bar, smoothie bar, specialty café, or similar food and beverage environment.
- At least two years of juice and smoothie making experience.
- Experience with smoothies, juices, and cold beverages.
- English is required.
- The candidate should be fast, organized, comfortable under pressure, attentive to detail, and focused on presentation.
- Experience with Joe & The Juice, premium juice bars, or similar high-volume beverage operations is advantageous.
