Responsibilities
- Own and support the end to end creative process from idea generation to execution, translating briefs into distinctive visual concepts
- Develop strong, insight led conceptual thinking that aligns with luxury positioning and brand strategy
- Lead visual exploration and direction across campaigns, ensuring consistency, clarity, and craft excellence
- Collaborate with Creative Directors, Senior Art Directors, designers, copywriters, and production teams to elevate creative output
- Use AI tools as part of the creative process for ideation, moodboarding, visual exploration, and rapid concept development
- Present creative concepts, moodboards, and visual directions confidently to internal teams and stakeholders
- Ensure seamless execution of campaigns across digital, social, and offline platforms in collaboration with production teams
- Maintain alignment with brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries within luxury and lifestyle communication
- Stay updated with emerging design trends, luxury aesthetics, digital culture, and AI driven creative workflows
- Contribute to a collaborative, fast paced environment with a strong focus on quality, innovation, and detail
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in art direction within creative, digital, or advertising agencies
- Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, premium aesthetics, and integrated campaign execution across luxury, beauty, fragrance, fashion, or lifestyle brands
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, composition, layout, and luxury visual language
- Experience creating content for digital and social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Reels, and emerging channels
- Proven ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams including design, copy, motion, and production
- Hands on experience with AI tools for ideation, visual development, and creative enhancement workflows
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with basic understanding of After Effects or motion design workflows
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment
- Strong English communication skills; Arabic is a plus

Position Overview
- At LPS, as a Jr. Art Director, you will play a key role in shaping bold, visually compelling, and culturally relevant creative work across luxury, beauty, fashion, fragrance, and lifestyle brands.
- Based in Dubai, you will help develop digital first campaigns that merge strong conceptual thinking with elevated visual execution.
- You will collaborate closely with creative directors, senior art directors, designers, copywriters, and production teams to bring ideas to life across digital, social, and integrated campaign touchpoints.

Pay
- AED 15,000 AED 17,000 per month
