- Scout and identify TikTok / Instagram/ Snap/ Youtube LIVE content creators for agency onboarding
- Research creators, streamers, and emerging content trends
- Support creator outreach and relationship management
- Assist with creator onboarding and training processes
- Track creator performance and prepare regular reports
- Help execute growth campaigns and engagement initiatives
- Monitor TikTok LIVE trends, rankings, and competitor activity
Requirements
- 2 years of experience as a content creator
- Flexible to work the 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM shift
- Organized, detail oriented, and proactive
- Strong interest in TikTok and creator communities
- Good communication and relationship building skills
- Comfortable working in a fast paced digital environment
- Arabic language skills are added advantage
- Experience in content creation or livestreaming is a plus
- Previous experience managing creators or online communities is a plus
- Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, and other social platforms
- Understanding of TikTok LIVE features such as rankings, gifting, battles, and monetization is a plus

Position Overview
- LPS (www.lps me.com) is looking for a TikTok LIVE Content Creator (interns also welcome) who understands the creator economy, actively engages with TikTok LIVE, and is eager to gain hands on experience working with creators, streamers, and digital communities across the region.
Key Responsibilities

- Support creator outreach and relationship management.
- Assist with creator onboarding and training processes.
- Track creator performance and prepare regular reports.

Compensation
- Open to full time working arrangement at Dubai Production city.
- Compensation is based on experience, along with performance based incentives.
- Pay: AED3,000.00 AED4,000.00 per month
