Position Overview
- LPS is looking for a TikTok LIVE Content Creator who understands the creator economy, actively engages with TikTok LIVE, and is eager to gain hands on experience working with creators, streamers, and digital communities across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Scout and identify TikTok LIVE creators for agency onboarding.
- Research creators, streamers, and emerging content trends.
- Support creator outreach and relationship management.
- Assist with creator onboarding and training processes.
- Track creator performance and prepare regular reports.
- Help execute growth campaigns and engagement initiatives.
- Monitor TikTok LIVE trends, rankings, and competitor activity.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates and interns are welcome to apply.

- Experience in content creation or livestreaming is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced digital environment.

- Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, and other social platforms.
- Understanding of TikTok LIVE features such as rankings, gifting, battles, and monetization is a plus.
Compensation
- Salary per month + performance based incentives.
- Pay: AED3,000.00 AED4,000.00 per month
Work Arrangement
- Open to hybrid working arrangement.
- Work Location: In person
