Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition through prospecting, networking, client meetings, and industry events across UAE and KSA
- Promote and sell the agency's services including Social Media, Events, Production, SEO, PPC, Paid Social, Content Marketing, and Web Design & Development
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Develop customized proposals and pitches in collaboration with internal teams
- Build strong client relationships from lead generation through onboarding
- Represent the agency at relevant industry events and networking opportunities
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and AI powered business development tools
Requirements
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
- Comfortable to travel frequently to KSA
- 5+ years of proven sales or business development experience in marketing, advertising, or digital services
- Strong knowledge of creative agency workflows, social media and digital marketing channels
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in competitive markets
- Experience using CRM tools to manage pipelines and track performance
- Strong network and understanding of the business landscape in UAE & KSA
- Self motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with internal teams

Position Overview
