Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Joinery Supervisor to oversee and manage joinery works for high-end residential projects.
The ideal candidate will ensure quality execution, timely completion, and compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all on-site joinery activities for residential (villa/apartment) projects
- Coordinate with project managers, designers, and factory teams to ensure smooth workflow
- Interpret technical drawings and ensure accurate execution on site
- Monitor production, installation, and finishing of joinery items (wardrobes, kitchens, doors, wall paneling, etc.)
- Ensure projects are completed within deadlines and budget
- Conduct site inspections and maintain quality control standards
- Manage and guide carpenters, installers, and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company policies
- Identify and resolve site issues proactively
- Coordinate material deliveries and ensure proper utilization
Requirements
- Minimum **4–7 years of UAE experience** in joinery/fit-out, with a focus on residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of joinery materials, finishes, and installation techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and shop drawings
- Proven experience in supervising site teams and subcontractors
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- UAE Driving License is preferred.
- Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per hour
