Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled **Joinery & Production Planner** to manage and optimize production planning activities within our joinery/manufacturing operations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient workflow, timely production delivery, material coordination, and alignment between design, production, and site installation teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed production plans for joinery and interior fit-out projects
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and production teams to ensure smooth workflow
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules
- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to meet deadlines
- Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machines, and materials
- Track project timelines and highlight delays with corrective action plans
- Coordinate material requirements and follow up with procurement team
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout production stages
- Work closely with project managers and site teams for installation readiness
- Maintain production reports and update management regularly
- Identify bottlenecks in production and recommend process improvements
Requirements
- Minimum **5 years of experience in UAE** in joinery / interior fit-out industry
- Strong knowledge of joinery production processes and materials
- Experience in production planning and scheduling software (ERP preferred)
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field preferred
