Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced **Production Coordinator** with strong joinery background to oversee and coordinate daily production activities in our joinery factory.
The ideal candidate must have **8–10 years of proven UAE experience** in joinery production, with hands-on knowledge of factory workflows, materials, timelines, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage daily production schedules for joinery projects.
- Ensure timely execution of production activities according to project deadlines.
- Liaise with the Project Managers, Design Team, and Factory Supervisors to align production plans.
- Monitor material availability and coordinate with procurement for timely ordering.
- Track production progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Resolve production issues and ensure smooth workflow in the factory.
- Ensure all works meet required quality standards and client specifications.
- Manage manpower allocation inside the joinery factory.
- Implement and monitor health, safety, and quality procedures.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of proven experience in **Joinery Production** in the UAE.
- **Factory experience is a must.**
- Strong understanding of joinery materials, production processes, and machinery.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple production orders.
- Knowledge of production planning tools and ERP systems is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
