- Supervise and coordinate joinery production and installation activities
- Lead carpenters, joiners, and installation teams on site and in the workshop
- Read and interpret shop drawings, production drawings, and project specifications
- Monitor work progress and ensure projects are completed as per schedule
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout production and installation
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and production teams
- Conduct material checks and ensure proper utilization of resources
- Enforce health, safety, and company policies at all times
- Identify and resolve technical and installation issues on site
- Prepare daily progress reports and workforce allocation plans
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as a Joinery Foreman
- Strong knowledge of joinery manufacturing, furniture, cabinetry, and interior fit out works
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Experience in managing workshop and site installation teams
- Good leadership, communication, and problem solving skills

Job Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Joinery Foreman with a minimum of 5 years of UAE experience in joinery and interior fit out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising workshop and site activities, ensuring quality workmanship, meeting project deadlines, and managing joinery team
