Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain the operating theatre, instruments, and equipment for procedures
- Assist surgeons during pre operative, intra operative, and post operative phases
- Ensure strict adherence to sterilization, infection control, and safety protocols
- Monitor patient vitals and provide immediate post op care as required
- Maintain accurate documentation of surgical procedures and patient records
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (surgeons, anesthetists, and support staff)
- Handle specialty specific equipment (e.g., ophthalmic microscopes, ENT endoscopy tools, oncology surgical instruments, isolation protocols for infectious disease cases)
Requirements
- Hands on experience supporting surgical procedures in Ophthalmology, ENT, Oncology, or Infectious Diseases
- Experience in preparing and maintaining operating theatre, instruments, and equipment
- Knowledge of sterilization, infection control, and safety protocols
- Ability to monitor patient vitals and provide post op care
- Experience with specialty specific equipment (e.g., ophthalmic microscopes, ENT endoscopy tools, oncology surgical instruments)

Job Description
- Seeking experienced and skilled Operating Theatre (OT) Nurses, male and female candidates welcome, to join our surgical team in Dubai.
- Ideal candidates will have hands on experience supporting surgical procedures across one or more of the following specialties: Ophthalmology, ENT, Oncology, and Infectious Diseases.
